Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand. If your item is out of stock, we can build to order and ship it as soon as possible. Most items ship within 5 days, but can take as long as 2 weeks.

Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

Guarantee/Warranty
We guarantee that the item will arrive free of defects. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item to dispute the condition. Items damaged in shipment will be replaced or repaired provided that you purchased shipping insurance. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

There is no warranty expressed or implied on the hookup or use of this cabinet due to power rating or kind of head used. Buyer is responsible for proper hookup.

Shipping Method Policy
We ship with Fedex, UPS and the USPS. You may select your carrier and method at the time of purchase. Our policy is to ship within 3-10 business days of purchase. Variables in shipping time occur due to stock status and order volume. Custom orders and build to order purchases generally ship in 2-3 weeks.
